 NAPF's support of LGBTQ+ CRNAs and NARs goes beyond financial sponsorship of students.​

50+ years after Stonewall, safe access to healthcare is STILL a concern for our community. We acknowledge our roles as CRNAs in contributing to equitable healthcare and recognize the importance of LGBTQ+ peer-led professional events. Through academic scholarships, mentorship, and investment in social and networking opportunities specifically for LGBTQ+ Nurse Anesthesiologists, NAPF invests in our LGBTQ+ futures.​
